The Ría de Muros y Noia

The Ría de Muros y Noia is truly one of the most spectacular, beautiful and yet, lesser known rías in Spain. It had long been the cherished secret of the local Galician; access limited by the desire of a traveller to circumnavigate endless twists, turns, ups and downs along the long-forgotten B-roads to the glory of the Ría.

But alas, that has all changed in the past few years, super fast motorways and expansive bridges have now opened up the Ría to the International tourist - it is early days, their numbers are few, but as word and photos spread in this modern media world so its popularity will grow.

Incredible beaches embraced by a dramatic coastline and mountain forests have harboured quaint Galician fishing towns for generations. The more veritable traveller is amply rewarded with great food, great wine and a truly authentic Spanish experience.
